This is a new old stock part that was issued by Waltham during WWII. We also have stems, crowns, and other parts for the Waltham 6/0 wrist watch here on eBay. Note we found these parts in genuine military surplus without the white paint, so we applied the paint. That is the exact way the original hands were treated.
