Lengths vary slightly but most are about 3 1/2". LONGER THREADED SHAFTS ARE VERY, VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND. WE SOMETIMES WE HAVE 4" THREADED SHAFTS AND SOMETIMES WE DON'T. CHECK WITH US IF YOU NEED ONE OF THAT LENGTH BEFORE ORDERING AND WE WILL DO A SPECIAL AUCTION FOR YOU AT A PRICE OF $6.00 PER EACH 4" LENGTH. There are no holes drilled into these posts, they are only used for threaded knobs.
