Please note! -Dead on Arrival policy- I include 2 extra shrimp to cover any shrimp that may have not been strong enough to survive the shipping process. If more than two shrimp in your shipment are dead, please send me clear pictures of the shrimp with the bag unopened within 2 hours of delivery and I will refund you for the cost of how many of the orginals shrimp that have died. No snails! guaranteed! I have no snails in my tank so you will not get any snail hitchhikers in your order! -Shipping- I only ship on Monday and Tuesdays to allow the package to get to you with the least amount of days in the mail as possible. If your local temperature is below 20 degrees or above 95 degrees, I suggest to wait until there are more favorable temperatures since the shrimp might not survive in those extreme conditions.
