The 3B4 (3B4WA) is a RF beam power pentode for battery operated portable equipment. 1.25W (watt) output power up to 100MHz. Quick heating filament may be series (2.5 volt 165 mA), or parallel connected (1.25V 330mA). Lot of TEN 3B4 beam power audio amplifier tubes. Standard 7 pin miniature base.
