DAMAGED GOODSFor goods damage in-transit, takes pictures of the package exterior showing any damage, and pictures of any item damage. Forward the pictures in your emailed requesting and RMA for return. We will then determine where and if a return of the item will be requested. Refund or Replacement item will be sent upon determination that the item was under warranty. We will submit damage claim to the carrier.
