This vintage diamond heart pendant is in perfect condition. The diamonds in the heart are all baguette shaped and are all in place. The chain is 19 inches in length. This pendant and necklace together weight 2.7 g and that includes the diamonds. This item is not being sold for scrap so please kind do not send my scrap offers. The pendants itself measures seven eights of an inch tall and 3/4 of an inch wide. I do not know Diamond weight that is in this pendant but if I were to guess I would say it’s at least 3/4 of a caret.
