Description: MARCELLA: A RAGGEDY ANN STORY is a hardbound, handcrafted miniature reproduction of Marcella: A Raggedy Ann Story written and illustrated by Johnny Gruelle and published in 1929. This is a modified version of the original as it contains only the first chapter in 26 pages with 1 full color plate and all the other original drawings for this chapter. This volume measures 31/32 inch high by 25/32 inch wide by 3/16 inch thick. It is constructed using traditional book making techniques and other techniques I have developed for making miniature books. The spine is printed with the title so the volume will look well on a bookshelf. I personally make each book. My miniature books are not intended for children and are not toys. . THE PICTURE IS LARGE TO ENABLE CLOSE VIEWING OF THE BOOK DETAILS.
