Description: Contains four split hedgehogs. Hedgehog was a great improvement in ASW over traditional depth charges, as it enabled the escort warships to track subs continously with ASDIC/sonar and launch a pattern of 24 rockets that had a better chance to hit the target when compared to the depth charges. The split hedgehog was fitted in some sloops or small units where it was important to retain the forward turret. Firing pattern was circular with this version.
