Description: JO’S BOYS ILLUSTRATED is a hardbound, handmade modified miniature reproduction of Jo’s Boys by Louisa M. Alcott and illustrated by Louis Jamber in 1949. This volume contains the full text of the first chapter with four full page color illustrations and numerous black and white illustrations in the text in 23 pages. This volume measures l and 11/16 inch high by 1 and 5/16 inch wide by 3/16 inch thick. It is constructed using traditional book making techniques and other techniques I have developed for making miniature books. The spine is printed with the title so the volume will look well on a bookshelf. I personally make each book. My miniature books are not intended for children and are not toys. THE PICTURE IS LARGE TO ENABLE CLOSE VIEWING OF THE BOOK DETAILS.
