Cowboy Collection is Jeff Smith's economy line of saddles, but you wouldn't know! This has all the feel of the main line of Jeff Smith saddles. This one is a 17" slick seat, fitting just a bit more snug with how the seat bed sits, with a deep seat that will keep you on your pockets and a slightly raised twist. Too often, these cutters are WIDE, so don't fit an athletic built horse well. This one is on QH bars, measuring 6.25" with a TON of wither clearance (8" gullet height), wide flare, and good rock through the bars. This one will it an athletic horse nicely. Equitation style skirt that gives its rider a close contact feel, but up high under the fender. Skirts measure 29". Heavy duty, large stainless rigging rings, comes fully rigged. 3" cantle, 3.75" cutting horn, 14" swells. Fenders have an insane amount of adjustment, going far shorter than you'd expect. Does not come with stirrups. Not a light saddle by any means, weighing in at 40lbs. This saddle has been a favorite of its last rider, showing normal signs of use such as some minor discoloration, scuffs, and small marks. However, we've gone through this saddle with a fine tooth come, oiled the absolute heck out of it, and its in excellent used condition. The leather on this saddle is butter soft and super grippy.
