These are refillable pens; HOWEVER, THE INK OF THESE PENS HAS DRIED OUT. They’re sold AS IS for collection/display purposes. Other 12 misc. advertising pens were recently acquired at a few conventions. I tested them briefly and they all write smoothly in ball point ink.
