(ii),cxi,(xvii),401,(lv)pp. In contemporary Cambridge panel calf binding more recently but skillfully rebacked. Gilt title to label. Errata and list of subscribers pages present, including a reference to Isaac Newton (see photo) as an early subscriber. Tiny hole to first endleaves, with pinhole to title page. Marginal or faint spotting or toning to a few leaves. Else, contents extremely clean and fresh and binding firm and solid.
