Description: Offered here is a very nice 1723 Rosa Americana 2 pence. Removed by me from a PCGS holder graded as choice VF/EF (30) because I didn't like holders in my colonial collection. I think it was over graded as I think it is only VF. I should have taken a scan of the holder but did not. In any case a very nice copper coin, (much nicer than my poor scans), and a scarce one as well. Listed in the red book and priced there at 575-1250 and this one is in between the two prices.
