The gathered sleeves are made of vintage yellow cotton organdy. Yellow satin soutache ties around the waistline into a bow in front. The full skirt has a gathered black net under slip attached. This dress closes with two hand sewn snaps in back. It is well made of quality fabric, serged seams and details. A sweet new dress for your 18 - 19" fashion dolls.
