Our multiple camera crews captured all the magnificent drama of big steam in action as the 1218 pulled the train from Roanoke to Bluefield, West Virginia. The next day was all sunshine and the 1218 was once again running out of Roanoke. In stark contrast to her first revenue day, Mother Nature provided us with a beautiful Sunday to watch the 1218 do what she does best. Cab scenes, aerial views and scores of gorgeous runbys highlight this show about the N&Ws finest freight locomotive.
