James Monroe as U.S. President has signed lower right and Josiah Meigs as Commissioner of the General Land Office has signed as well. 9 1/4" x 12 1/2". Condition: Fold lines, two small losses in blank margins, scattered soil, verso has old mounting remnants, generally good condition.
