A scarce work with only three copies held in libraries. CONDITION In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, fair. There is significant loss to the spine, with most of it missing. There is some bumping to the extremities. The hinges are starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with the odd spot and light age toning.
