Text block remains in good condition and remains bound well. Light instances of markings and marginalia. Profusely illustrated throughout, with some illustrations partially hand-colored. Loss of tissue guard preceding decorative title page of Volume LVI, along with the full title page for that volume (as compared to Volume LVII’s, which remains present).
