It is postmarked "January" (from somewhere in Massachusetts), but the year is not showing (but probably 1868 or a bit later, given the stamp). This cover, which is in beautiful, clean condition, is franked using one 2c (Scott 93) stamp (a nice example of this stamp on cover).
