Description: approx size of Carte de Visite 4.1" x 2.5" Camille Silvy was a French photographer who came to England in 1859 and set up a studio at Porchester Terrace, Bayswater, London in 1859. He photographed many titled sitters and Royalty before returning to France in 1868. His work is very collectable. I post on Monday-Friday, purchases made before 12 noon will generally be posted same day, otherwise the next working day. I always combine postage.
