The note has the hand inscribed serial number “16620” and has the black Treasury seal on the back. The note was printed by “Howell, Savannah.” of Savannah, Georgia with a plain back. The vignette at left is the Georgia State Seal. The note will be shipped in a protective sleeve with a dated, hand signed Letter of Authenticity with a photograph of the currency above.
