Description: 1867 20 Francs Napoleon gold coin with 14K bezel. The screw that holds the bezel together is stripped out & gone. The last owner had the jeweler solder the bezel together. The coin will not fall out if you want to wear this around your neck on a chain or as a charm. The coin also has a touch of solder at 12 o'clock position under the ring. Bezel was tested to be 14 K. Total weight is 8.1 grams, while the coin weight is 6.4 or .1867 Troy oz AGW. Without knowing the weight of solder used, I assume there’s another 0.4 - 0.5 grams of pure gold included in the bezel weight. Reach out with any questions. Will ship free via FedEx.
