Otherwise this is an attractive, well-preserved antique volume! The gilt title lettering displays nicely from the shelf. Internally, this volume is in great shape as well. There is some cracking visible to both the front and rear hinges, however both boards and all page groupings remain attached to the binding. Former owner’s signature visible on the front free end page. Otherwise there are no bookplates, inscriptions, or library markings to note. The text block of this volume is perfectly readable throughout. Pages show just typical age-related toning, the odd spot light foxing and soiling, and some general light edge wear including corner creasing.
