Description: 1885 ANTIQUE DOUAY RHEIMS LEATHER BIBLE ROMAN CATHOLIC HAYDOCK. This item has been sitting in storage, with my mother (who died in 2013) having received it from my Great Grandmother (1900-1997), who had received it from her mother. I am a traveler, having lived in seven total countries and eight states, and I simply cannot continue to keep items in storage at this stage--as I look to move to South America in January 2022. It is not in pristine condition, with the leather cover separated by one crack, yet with the backing and back cover intact, and the first 10-12 pages are no longer connected to the binding. However, the rest of the pages are, and the other pages are in great shape, with lovely color illustrations. This is why I'm not posting for upwards of $2,000, which a few postings here have listed.
