He was drawing master at Marlborough College.These three volumes comprise five series of the work.The first volume is undated.Each flower's description is illustrated with a colour plate depicting the subject. Collated, complete. CONDITION In a full cloth binding. Externally generally smart, with a little general wear and bumping to the head of the spines, a small stain to the tail of series 1 and 2. Ownership inscription to the front blank. Internally, generally firmly bound. Front hinge to volume V is strained but firm. Pages are bright and clean bar the occasional spot.
