It has an undated copyrighted by Mast, Crowell & Kirkpatrick Co. as stated in the small print at the bottom on one side. A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The reverse side has a map of New York state. It is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown against a dark background in the pic. A nice large size antique map that would frame up well. Size: The map image measures approximately 12 3/4 by 20 inches (32x50cm) on a 13 3/4 by 22" (35x56cm) page. Condition: The map is in Very Good condition with two vertical folds, printed on a buff page with some light tonal ageing and darkening around the edges as typical, otherwise it is very clean and would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition.
