The outer portion of the pages are gold lined which still brightly shines! The outer hard cover is leather bound and shows leather splits and wear along the front left cover and the spine. The back leather is still fully intact. I suppose a good book restorer could mend the front leather splits. Overall the contents of the book are very good to excellent. Pages are not loose and no pages are missing. The pages turn stiff new which leads me to believe this book was never even read. This is a rare find and a good one too!!!! Please see the many photos.
