Overall good, with light rubbing and wear to exterior. Gilt lettering and design to exterior remain nicely preserved. Some cracking and shaking to front hinge. Text block remains bound well. Light markings. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear, with a slightly disproportionate amount around spine in middle of text block.
