The One Korona was originally issued as a circulation strike - the Five Korona exists only as a pattern. Both were restruck approximately 50 years ago in proof condition from original dies in very limited numbers. This two coin set was purchased from the Hungarian government (ARTEX - The Hungarian Foreign Trading Company) at the time of issue. These coins are just part of a fine collection of Austrian and Hungarian coins assembled in Europe decades ago currently available online and at our store in Northern California. Every coin from this collection has been well received by dealers and collectors around the world.
