They represented “the very best quality and workmanship the American Cutlery Co. knows how to turn out. The size, shape and handiness of these can not be improved, and even the handles are made to last a great many years.” This knife has the blade hand forged from the fine carbon steel and tempered to achieve greater toughness providing the long-lasting keen edge cut-ability. The handle is double pinned over the full tang and double bolstered at two ends to good fitting for durability, strength, & balance. Trademark logo is almost completely gone.
