Both cards have brighter colors than the scanner shows! Bad morning after shows more age, and was used but doesn't have Postal ink. The water wagon man was a "SHOW CARD" and has the original paper on the back that gives it away. (A SHOW CARD was glued to the front of the large envelope that held the original artwork for that card!) They are both marked "By H.H. TAMMEN, DENVER * & the date." The left card is #872, right one is #974. Great pair, aren't they? Original bright colors and like most of the Tammen comic artwork, they are both, UNSIGNED by the artists!
