Description: 1907-S Barber Dime Up for sale a 1907-S Barber Dime. The coin is worn and has an interesting feature on the reverse. The"One Dime" lettering on the coin's reverse is extremely messed up. I call it mushy or not normal. It is possiblethat this may be one of those coins that had a grease buildup on the mint's die. That could have caused the coin to be stamped incorrectly. I suppose someone could have possibly damaged the coin. But that would have taken a lot of force to cause this kind of damage. The coin is straight and is not bent in anyway. I believe it is an error coin, but I cannot prove it. The coin also has a circle scratch on the obverse.
