Softcover paper boards with stapled binding. Boards are clean overall with just some gentle soiling and rubbing as well as light staining and general wear around the extremities. Front board also shows a signature in pencil. Gilt title lettering to the front board displays nicely. Internally sound with all pages attached to the stapled binding. Includes 31 pages of photographic views. Pages and photographs are clean and free from rips and tears, writing and markings; a few photos show just light soiling.
