Description: 1910s Bellingham WA City Hall RPPC Postcard. Unposted. Presumably made buy a regular person. This seems to be a personal photo, not necessarily a professional postcard. This photo depicts Bellingham Washington’s first city hall building on top of a hill. At the bottom of the hill there is a cabin / shack. The city hall building still stands on that very spot today and is now a museum. Today there is a playground / park where the shack stood. This location is very familiar to any Bellingham resident. This postcard is slightly curved and has some marks on the corners from being held in a photo album. Refer to photos for additional condition information. Shipping is included in the price of this item. ^T^
