The brown leather paste-on cover has covered the old boards solidly. That leather cover does have a single marking on front, a cross. Endpapers appear original as they have a design with "1812 1912" in it. Two items found inside the bible, a bookmark and a flyer, appear associated with the bible. There is an inscription on the half-title page, shown in listing photo. Otherwise, no marks in 936 pages of the Old Testament followed by 370 pages of the New Testament, followed by newly paginated sections on what appears to be indices and notes, followed by unused family lineage sections, ending in maps. There is not an illustrated Bible - the only illustrations are the maps. A VERY NICE FULLY GERMAN BIBLE. BB5
