Description: This is a high quality, high resolution reproduction on double weight paper of an 1913 EVINO V. SMITH plat atlas map of Reading, Pennsylvania in Berks County. It goes from Locust Street to the Pennsylvania & Reading Railroad yards and from East Spring Street to East Pike Street. Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is brick, brown is stone, yellow is wood, blue is steel. An X through a building indicates a garage or stable. A circle with a "t" is a fire hydrant. The numbers inside the building indicates the amount of stories. See color code (not part of map) for fuller explanation. I am selling my collection of rare maps. If there is an area or street address of Long Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Bronx, Newark, Cleveland, Boston, Philadelphia, Rochester, Toledo, Denver, Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto, Washington, D.C., Seattle, Pittsburgh, Elmira, Lancaster and other cities that you might be interested in, check my other listings or contact me. I have insurance maps from 1880 to mid-1950s. Looks great framed! Check out my other items!
