Description: 1917 BASEBALL JOE in the World Series, by Lester Chadwick, HC/DJ, Illustrated. DJ shows wear to edges and corners and spine, stains, fading, creases, tears, etc. Spine is missing half the cover. Inside cover flap is torn but inside book. Large tear front cover. The book itself shows light wear and loss of color on spine and right edge as well as some on the back. The DJ if you remove it, has lists of books for boys and girls. Had not seen this before so pretty neat! Pages tight and intact but show age related discoloration. Says it is illustrated but the only illustration I noted was in the front. May have a musty odor.
