Description: Published by the cadets of Norwich University in Vermont, The Reveille is a soft cover book that measures 9 inches by 6 inches. These two issues were published in the World War I era. 1) October 1918 issue is 27 pages long with an additional advertising section in the back featuring local retailers. It features an intimate first hand account from the World War I battlefield, football news, university activities and more! It has a tight binding with a bright interior. There is mild toning to the pages. The covers show some age related wear consistent with a 106 year old publication - discoloration/soiling, light corner/edge wear, small 3/8 inch closed tear at the bottom of the front cover and a bump to the lower right hand corner. 2) February 1919 issue is 30 pages long with an advertising section in the back. In addition to regular university news, this issue features a touching tribute to 14 Norwich men who died during World War I - some due to illness and others who died in combat.
