Al Capone's wish for a lasting friendship between the two, as seen in the 1931 baptism photo, was short lived. This collection of cherished artifacts traces its origins through several generations of the Battaglia and Costello families, hailing from Termini Imerese and Caccamo in Siciliy, Italy. The families immigrated from these neighboring towns to the Chicago/Chicago Heights area at the turn of the Century.I have a file full of photographs and the Provenance information for the Family Property of Sam R.
