Description: This is an early boxing training relic that is extremely hard to come by. Believed to be a 1920s BENLEE Groin Protector. It has some numbers (29) written on the inside of the elastic straps. Perhaps this is the year??? All of the wear would appear to be from storage and handling for almost 100 years! It’s in unbelievable condition! Not sure you’d ever find another like this one! I’m a long time eBay’r who collects vintage sports memorabilia.
