Description: Own this set of 100 year old unused stamps, the beautiful and only commemoratives of 1924. Honoring some of the first settlers to seek religious freedom in the New World, these stamps honor the French Protestants (or Huguenots), who arrived in Florida in 1562, and the French and Belgian protestants (or Walloons), who arrived in what is now Albany in 1624. Here the 1¢ and 2¢ varieties have no gum from being adhered in a stamp collection. The 5¢ stamp is mint, original gum. Please review the photos for condition, and let me know if you have any questions. —Joe
