Barrett, the only woman city manager in the whole country, of Warrenton, Oregon, has been selected as the model for a Mother's Memorial to be erected in Washington by the Woman's Universal Alliance. W. Clark Noble is the sculptor and Mrs. Barrett is to be used as the central figure. The memorial is to be a tribute to the mothers of American and will stand on the top of a 297-foot structure.
