Description: 89 year old Unusual B/W Etching / Woodcut of A PENGUIN You are bidding on a very fine condition, beautiful print of an etching of an animal in its natural surroundings. I have never seen anything quite like these unusual prints. They are on medium buff/cream stock that is very clear and free of foxing, toning, etc. No smudges, etc. These are in really nice condition. They come from a collection volume, so they have printing on the reverse, but it does not telegraph through because of the thickness and opacity of the paper. They would look nice as a pair or a group. The overall size of the page is 7 1/4 x 6 1/2 inches. This print is in very good condition. The scan illustrates mostly the printed part of the page for detail. Check my feedback-we have over 3200 positives - it tells you that I describe accurately.
