Book is softcover and approx 4.5" x 6 3/4" and is 166 pages. It has a fabric paper cover. It is in Fair-VG shape, fabric cover has worn corners, inside pages have some corner folds. Stamp on inside cover "Property of the Toronto Buddhist Church Library". First 1/4 of the pages in the book have "pinholes" on pages, like it was being stitched improperly. Please see photos.
