Elliott Publishing in Philadelphia, I see similar leather bound commencement programs by Elliott for other schools including Cornel.) It is endorsed by the All-Senior Secretary and Engineering and Architecture President Louis M. Schaller. More interestingly it includes the name of Harold E. Stassen (1907-2001) who received his Bachelor of Laws from the Law School. Stassen was the Governor of Minnesota 1939-1943 then President of the University of Pennsylvania 1948-1953 after serving in WWII. He will be known in popular culture for his NINE attempts to win the nomination of the Republican Party for President of the United States; 1944, 1948, 1952, 1964, 1968, 1980, 1984, 1988, and 1992.
