Description: This gorgeous top is probably from Japan, but maybe Chinese. It's an ivory silk charmeuse and is lined in silk. It's on a wide waistband that ties in front, the full, cape like sleeves are opened underneath to the waistband. I'm a medium to modern large and it doesn't fit me like it should, so I will say a small size even though it measures larger. My mannequin has a 34 bust and it looks great on her, but you might go to a 36. The waist band measures 30 1/2 inches plus the ties, bust is hard to measure but realistically 32-35 to fit nicely and it's 17 inches from shoulder to bottom of the waistband ( this is what will through you off if you are a larger bust size, it ties on me like an empire and not at close to the waist due to a larger bust size.) It probably would work well on a petite lady as well. I'm happy to combine shipping, just wait for an invoice. If you pay, I will refund the extra after packing and weighing the package.
