Get urges them to maintain their health, always be truthful, and have good sportsmanship. It talks about the benefits of working hard. It has a section about avoiding "fast girls" and respecting your mother and your home. It talks about the joys and benefits of friendship, and the importance of school. Book is faded a bit with age. The cover has a few marks and bumps. The back of the cover has some spotting and fading. A boy's pastor wrote a dedication to the boy in the front. The pages have yellowed with age.
