Marjorie Lynn Carver, night club singer and actress, was evicted yesterday from her rented $400-a-month home in Van Nuys. "I'm following the instruction of my attorney," she explained as she watched workmen move her furnishing into a van under the eyes of marshal Lieutenant H.L. Terry (left). Mrs. Carver, whose name in the news has sometimes been mistaken for M.G.M. actress Lynne Carver, said there had been considerable confusion in connection with the agreement she signed in September when she moved into the home.
