This is an original and authentic Pennsylvania Delegate Badge and is a very rare badge because there were only worn by the Pennsylvania Delegates. The badge is in good condition. The ribbon is red, white & blue and is not frayed, but faded from the front side. The fob and pin is in good condition, but the pin is not attached to the back and is only taped to the ribbon.
