Amelia Novelli Injured After Crash This is an original press photo. One Fatality marred the flight of the Twenty-four Italian planes from Ortobello, Italy to Amsterdam Holland, the first leg of a flight to Chicago. The seaplane Udini crashed as it landed at Amsterdam. A mechanic was missing and three other members of the crew injured. Among the injured all of whom will recover were Capt. Baldini (left) and Lieut. Amelia Novelli (right). Photo measures 9 x 7.25 inches. Photo is dated 7-1-1933.
